I recently Found out about some of the Html Codes which works quite Well with the Blogger. One of the is the Blink Tag. It helps you to make a specific word of group of words Blink when wrapped inside the <blink> tag.
Use BLINK Tag to make text Blink in Blogger
Blink tag allows your text content to blink and can easily be posted on your blog with a simple command, 
Just write anything replacing write the text here and see its blinking.
